Review and Complaints. 7.1 The Customer will review the Goods at the time of delivery and any claims for delivered goods must be notified in writing to DS Xxxxx within the eight (8) calendar days of the shipping date on the shipping slip or shipping note. Any non-defective goods returned to DS Xxxxx or Defective Goods that have not been the subject of a claim within the aforementioned eight (8) calendar days, will not be exchanged and will be returned to the Customer at the customer's expense.
