Rights and obligations of the maternity care provider. 1. Employees of Kraamzorg Eerste Week do not smoke at the client's home, not even during the breaks. 2. It is not permitted for maternity carer to be authorised for financial matters, such as the use of a client’s credit card and/or the client’s bank card. 3. Gifts or presents with a total value of more than € 25,- may not be accepted by the maternity carer. 4. Under no circumstances may the maternity carer transport clients or other family members, not even in the client's car. 5. The maternity carer does not receive a house key from the client, unless arrangements have been made for this in a key agreement.
