Safety. Classes and Memberships
Safety. Classes and Memberships The customer is officially registered for the class once Studio Skye has received the applicable tuition. Cancellation of a registration for a class is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class. If a customer cancels within 24 hours before the start of the class, it is considered a "late cancel," and a refund of the class fee is not possible. The "late cancel" is considered as participation. All single (try-out) classes, class passes, and memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties. The periodic membership fee is due in advance. If the payment obligation is not met, the customer may be denied access to the classes. The membership fee is collected through automatic periodic direct debit based on the customer's authorization. The membership starts on the 1st day of the month. If the customer becomes a member on a different day than the 1st, the membership fee will be prorated, and the days will be added to the original duration of the subscribed membership. The first payment (for a partial or full month) will be made via iDEAL or PayPal. Subsequent payments will be collected via automatic direct debit. All membership types have a minimum contract term of 1 month and are not cancellable within the contract term. The membership fee must be paid throughout the entire contract term. The membership is automatically renewed after the respective contract period of 1, 6, or 12 months. When the contract period expires, the customer can cancel or modify their membership. A notice period of 1 month must be observed for cancellation. The cancellation must be submitted no later than the 1st of the month; otherwise, the following month will be considered the cancellation month. The customer can still attend classes during this cancellation period at Studio Skye. Studio Skye will make every effort to proceed with the scheduled/class appointment but reserves the right to cancel a planned class due to force majeure or insufficient participants. Studio Skye will contact the customer before the start of the class to inform them of the cancellation. The missed class can be made up during another class hour in the same month. Refunds of the class fee are not possible.
