The Wells Operations Engineer reports to the Well Ops Team Lead DEV and is a key member of the office-based Operations team. This position is responsible for ensuring operations are executed in a safe and efficient manner on the drilling unit, delivering wells that meet the functional objectives and agreed value drivers. The Operations Engineer supports the day-to-day execution of the drilling program ensuring efficient work planning, risk mitigation and contingency management are in place. Operations will be executed in compliance with Shell and local Standards.
