APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT JURISDICTION a) These Conditions, the agreement and all disputes or claims arising from or in connection with the Conditions or the agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Polish law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980.
