OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER. 3.1. The Controller represents that it is authorised to process the Data, including to entrust the processing of the Data to the Processor, i.e. it has a legal basis for the processing, including in particular, it obtained the consent of the Data subject for the processing of their personal data, if the law, including the GDPR, requires such consent to be obtained.
