PRICES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY. Unless indicated otherwise in the Seller’s Offer (hereinafter „the Offer”) or the Contract, the price of the products or services offered by the Seller shall be the price indicated in the Offer or in the order confirmation (the price indicated in the document of a later date shall be decisive), increased by the value of VAT and the value of packaging, insurance, transport and other additional services necessary to perform the Contract. The price calculated in the above manner shall be included in the VAT invoice(s) issued by the Seller. If any component of the price is specified in a foreign currency, its value will be converted into the Polish currency in accordance with the foreign currency selling rate of Pekao S.A. bank, unless agreed otherwise. Product delivery dates are indicative only and depend on the availability of the products at the time of placing the Order by the Buyer. Termin płatności wynosi trzydzieści (30) dni od daty wystawienia faktury, o ile inaczej nie zastrzeżono w Ofercie lub w Umowie. Do jakichkolwiek kwot niezapłaconych w wymaganym terminie Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo obciążenia Kupującego odsetkami ustawowymi od daty wymagalności płatności do dnia zapłaty. Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie własność każdego dostarczonego produktu aż do momentu pełnej zapłaty za dany produkt przez Kupującego. Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie również prawo do sprzedaży wierzytelności Kupującego, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
