REPORTING BREACHES. 7.1. The Processor is obliged to give written or documentary notice to the Controller immediately, however no later than within 48 hours from becoming aware of any event concerning Data processing which may have the features of personal data processing breach, to the following email address: , along with information about the form of breach, its consequences and measures undertaken by the Processor in order to minimise the consequences of personal Data breach and to avoid similar breaches in the future.
