REPORTING BREACHES. 7.1. The Processor is obliged to give written or documentary notice to the Controller immediately, however no later than within 48 hours from becoming aware of any event concerning Data processing which may have the features of personal data processing breach, to the following email address: , along with information about the form of breach, its consequences and measures undertaken by the Processor in order to minimise the consequences of personal Data breach and to avoid similar breaches in the future. 7.2. In the event that it is impossible to provide the Controller with complete information within the time limit specified in section 7. 1. above, the Processor will provide the information it has and will specify the time limit within which it will provide it with complete information. 7.3. A personal data breach is understood to mean a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed on the Controller’s instructions.
