REPRESENTATIONS OF THE PARTIES. 1.1. The Controller represents that it is a controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR. 1.2. The Processor represents that it has the infrastructural resources, experience, knowledge and qualified personnel to the extent enabling it to duly perform this Agreement in accordance with the GDPR and Polish laws, including in particular Polish personal data protection laws.
