Right of withdrawal. 1. Since the agreement for FREENOW Services is concluded online, the User that is Consumer or a natural person who concludes an agreement directly related to their business activity, where it is clear from the content of that agreement that it is not of a professional nature for that person (“Individual Entrepreneur”) may withdraw from such an agreement within 14 days from its conclusion without specifying the cause. In order to use this right, the eligible User may fill in a withdrawal statement, pursuant to the template available on the FREENOW website or the template in Attachment 1 and send it to FREENOW by the available channels of contact, in particular through the contact form provided on the FREENOW website. The statement is effective provided that it is sent before the lapse of 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement.
Right of withdrawal. As a consumer you have in accordance with the rules described in the attachment below a right of withdrawal. A consumer means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal. Members have the right within 14 days of the purchase to regret their conclusion of the contract by notifying F24S. Member’s membership is then terminated and member will get back the paid amount while retaining F24S the right to remuneration for service till the cancellation day. Member may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To keep the term of withdrawal, the member must send information regarding exercising the right of withdrawal the contract before the period of withdrawal.
