Rules for Using the Voucher. 1. To redeem the Voucher, the Patient must contact the entity indi- cated in point I.2 (Call Center +▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, kontakt@care- ▇▇▇▇.▇▇) independently and agree the details. 2. Medicover shall not be liable for any damages resulting from re- deeming the Voucher. The entity that is solely responsible to the Patient in matters related to redeeming the Voucher is the entity indicated in point I.2. 3. Any complaints regarding redeeming the Voucher should be di- rected to the address indicated in point I.2.
