Common use of SCOPE OF ENTRUSTED DATA Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF ENTRUSTED DATA. 2.1. In order to for the services specified in the Contract to be provided, the Controller entrusts the Processor with the personal data of the data subjects whose categories are specified in item 1. of Schedule 1 – Scope of Entrusted Data. 2.2. The Controller entrusts the Processor with the processing of the types of personal data listed in item 2. of Schedule 1 – Scope of Entrusted Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”) relating to the categories of the data subjects specified in section 1 above. 2.3. The Processor is authorised to process the Data, prepare backup copies, develop, transfer or remove the Data as well as to perform other activities on the Data as necessary for the Processor to properly perform the Contract. 2.4. The Processor will process the personal data on a regular basis, by electronic means.
