Terms and Conditions of participation. 1. To apply for the Training the Candidate must fulfill the following requirements:
a) be at least 18 years of age,
b) choose a specific Training - detailed descriptions of individual Trainings - offers can be found at www.e- xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or at the request of those interested in participating in the Training can be sent by e-mail,
c) submit the application via e-mail @e- xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Contact form available at xxxxxxx@x-xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, formularza kontaktowego dostępnego na stronie xxxxx://x- xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/, aplikacji dostępnej na stronie xxx.x-xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx albo w inny sposób akceptowany przez Spółkę oraz przekazanie Spółce danych niezbędnych do dokonania zapisu na kurs, tj. imię, nazwisko, numer telefonu, adres email,
d) poprawne wypełnienie i podpisanie formularza rejestracyjnego udostępnionego na stronie internetowej xxx.x-xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx oraz w siedzibie Spółki, najpóźniej w dniu kursu przed jego rozpoczęciem,
e) dostarczenie do Spółki dokumentów przewidzianych w ofercie obejmującej dany Kurs, a także okazanie w dniu kursu przed jego rozpoczęciem ważnego zaświadczenia lekarskiego poświadczającego brak przeciwwskazań do pracy powyżej 3 metrów nad ziemią (dotyczy modułu GWO Working at Heights - praca na wysokości oraz modułu SHE Rescue, modułu GWO Advanced Rescue Training oraz ActSafe) oraz okazanie dokumentu tożsamości;
f) w przypadku kursów z modułu Siemens Gamesa Technical Training (SGTT) uprzednie ukończenie modułu e-learning oferowanego przez podmioty niezależne od Spółki,
g) w przypadku Kursów odświeżających posiadanie aktualnego certyfikatu ukończenia kursu,
h) znajomość języka, w którym prowadzony jest Kurs w stopniu umożliwiającym pełne rozumienie treści prezentowanych na Kursie oraz aktywny udział w Kursie,
i) podpisanie listy obecności przez kandydata oraz oświadczenia o braku przeciwwskazań medycznych uniemożliwiających przystąpienie do zajęć praktycznych,
j) okazanie przed rozpoczęciem Kursu wyznaczonemu pracownikowi Spółki lub osobie prowadzącej Kurs dokumentu tożsamości ze zdjęciem,
k) rejestracja w systemie WINDA xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ - gdy jest to wymagane z uwagi na specyfikę kursu,
l) zaakceptowanie warunków niniejszego Regulaminu,
m) dokonanie terminowej płatności za wybrany Kurs najpóźniej do dnia rozpoczęcia Kursu,
n) spełnianie dodatkowych wymogów wskazanych w ofercie danego Kursu, w szczególności posiadanie odpowiedniej odzieży roboczej oraz obuwia wymaganych dla danego Kursu. xxx.x-xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx applica...
Terms and Conditions of participation. 1. Training courses shall be conducted in accordance with the description provided by the Organiser on the website, based on the information submitted in the registration application.
2. The training will last for one day, with a maximum duration of 8 hours.
3. Participants are required to arrive at the training on time. Information about the training hours will be sent to Participants by e-mail to the address provided in the registration application. Each training day will consist of 8 hours, including a lunch break.
4. An employee of the Organiser will be available at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the training to verify the attendance list and distribute training materials.
5. The Organiser will provide Participants with training materials, certificates of participation, and a hot meal.
6. The Organiser does not provide accommodation or parking facilities for Participants in the vicinity of the training venue. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to the training venue.
7. Each Participant will receive a certificate confirming their participation in the training upon completion.
8. Participants are required to sign the attendance list and collect training materials and certificates.
9. As part of the training, Participants will have the opportunity to engage in practical activities, including cocktail preparation under the guidance of experienced professionals. Participants must observe safety rules and follow the instructions of the trainer during these activities.
10. To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the training, the consumption of alcohol by Participants is strictly prohibited during the training sessions. Any alcoholic beverages, including those intended for demonstration purposes, will only be served by the trainer.
11. Participation in the training is not permitted for individuals who have alcohol-related problems and are undergoing treatment for addiction.
12. Each Participant is required to remain sober and act responsibly during the training. Participants who violate the rules regarding alcohol consumption or display behaviour indicative of alcohol-related issues may be expelled from the training.
