Withdrawal from the Training. 1. Withdrawal from participation in a training course is only possible for valid reasons and must be done up to three days before the training start date. If it is necessary to withdraw, an appropriate letter should be sent by e-mail to: kontakt@statibarmenom.pl.
2. The date on which the e-mail containing the letter is received by the Organiser shall be considered the date of cancellation of the training course.
3. If the e-mail is received by the Organiser on a non-working day, the date of receipt will be the following working day.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the training course only for significant reasons, if the course cannot be held on the scheduled date due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.
5. In the event of cancellation of the training course, the Organiser will promptly inform each Participant via e-mail, sent to the address provided in the application form.
