The Contracting Authority of the Competition shall organize a site visit on the date indicated in the Competition schedule. The costs and travel arrangements to the site shall be the responsibility of the candidates. Participanții vor putea adresa întrebări în timpul vizitei pe sit. Atât toate întrebările, cât și răspunsurile date de Autoritatea Contractantă și Organizator se vor consemna și vor deveni parte integrantă din Documentul Întrebări și Răspunsuri. Documentul va fi publicat pe site- ul oficial al concursului xxx.xxx.xxxxx (secțiunea Concursuri) și trimis pe e-mail de către secretariatul de concurs tuturor participanților înscriși la concurs până la acea dată. The candidates will be able to ask questions during the site visit. All the questions, as well as the answers given by the Contracting Authority and the Organizer shall be recorded and shall become an integral part of the “Questions and answers” document. The document shall be posted on the Competition official website xxx.xxx.xxxxx and sent by the Competition Secretariat by e-mail to all the candidates registered in the Competition up to that date.
