This agreement defines the common safety measures, combined operations of health and safety procedures, obligations and rights of both the contractor's and the contracting authority's workers to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, as well as the authorisation of an individual in charge of managing and coordinating these procedures at the combined worksite.
