Common use of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Union. The parties to this Contract hereby waive any immunity from or right to object to the jurisdiction of these courts. A decision of the courts given pursuant to this Article shall be conclusive and binding on each party without restriction or reservation.
