Status. The Borrower is a sovereign state with power to sue and be sued and to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this Agreement and the Project Documents and all action required to authorise its execution of this Agreement and the Project Documents to which it is party and its performance of its obligations thereunder has been duly taken.
Status. (a) The Borrower is the Republic of Serbia represented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, acting by and through the Ministry of Finance, and has entered into and will exercise its rights and perform the obligations under the Finance Documents on behalf of Serbia
Status. It has the power to own its assets and carry on its operations and activities as they are being conducted.
