Cancellation. Seller at its option and in addition to its other remedies may without liability cancel this order or refuse shipment, if (a) Buyer is in default in any payments or other performance due Seller under this or any other agreement (b) Buyer becomes insolvent or a petition in bankruptcy is filed with respect to Buyer (or similar event) or (c) causes beyond Seller's control make it impossible to assure its timely performance. Buyer may cancel the remaining unfilled portion of its order only upon written consent of Seller and payment of the full price for that portion of the order that Seller has substantially completed at time of cancellation plus reasonable cancellation charges which shall include the full profit plus all costs incurred in connection with the canceled portion of the order such as overhead and administrative costs, commitments made by Seller as a consequence of Buyer's order and the cost of all work-in-progress. Cancellation charges shall not exceed the purchase price of the canceled portion of the order.

Cancellation. The SM Customer may, free of charge, cancel a booking of Stand Space or Space within ten (10) days from the earlier of (i) date of dispatch of the first order confirmation, and (ii) invoice date of the first invoice. If a cancellation is made later than this date, the SM Customer is charged one hundred (100) percent of the rent for the stand or other compensation for Space, unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation or the invoice. However, registration fee or corresponding fee are never refunded.
Cancellation. You can cancel the reservation verbally or in writing to Luleå Tourist Center. The reservation is personal and can not be cancelled in someone else’s name. Cancellation made: • Earlier than 30 days before arrival, will be refunded with 80 % of the payed amount. • 29–15 days before arrival, will be refunded 50 % of the payed amount. • 14–0 days before arrival, will be charged 100 % of the total rent. No refund will be made. If there is no cancellation made and the booked object is not used by the guest (no-show), Luleå Tourist Center is entitled to the total sum of the reservation. If you have bought a cancellation insurance, please see the fol- lowing terms.
Cancellation. You can cancel your reservation in writing to us by letter or email. Cancellation can only be made and confirmed by the person who booked the accommodation and signed the cancellation protection. Also with regard to cancellation, the entire booking for the entire party is canceled. We are not able to cancel part of the booking. If you have not taken out cancellation protection in connection with booking, no refund will be paid out. The cancellation protection must be ordered at the time of booking (250 SEK/item) and takes effect when your booking is paid in full. This means that you can cancel up to and including the day before arrival and the rent is refunded, less the cancellation protection fee and an administrative fee (1,250 SEK in total), but only in the following cases: Death, illness, or accident of a serious nature affecting yourself, spouse(s), cohabitant, family or fellow traveler, conscription into the armed forces or civil defense. Proof is required for any stated illness or injury that would prevent you from utilising your booking, i.e. should you wish to cancel due to medical issues you must be able to present a report from a doctor, hospital, authority or insurance company in order to receive a refund.
