Cancellation. You can cancel your reservation in writing to us by letter or email. Cancellation can only be made and confirmed by the person who booked the accommodation and signed the cancellation protection. Also with regard to cancellation, the entire booking for the entire party is canceled. We are not able to cancel part of the booking. If you have not taken out cancellation protection in connection with booking, no refund will be paid out. The cancellation protection must be ordered at the time of booking (250 SEK/item) and takes effect when your booking is paid in full. This means that you can cancel up to and including the day before arrival and the rent is refunded, less the cancellation protection fee and an administrative fee (1,250 SEK in total), but only in the following cases: Death, illness, or accident of a serious nature affecting yourself, spouse(s), cohabitant, family or fellow traveler, conscription into the armed forces or civil defense. Proof is required for any stated illness or injury that would prevent you from utilising your booking, i.e. should you wish to cancel due to medical issues you must be able to present a report from a doctor, hospital, authority or insurance company in order to receive a refund.
Cancellation. You can cancel your accommodation by contacting IHRAB’s booking department at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx or phone +46 (0)000-000 00. You are responsible that the cancellation reaching us. When IHRAB have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation. We only accept cancellations by the guest who made the reservation. When canceling we need the following information: name, booking number and arrival date. Provided that rules under point 11 are met following applies: Cancellation can be made until 12.00 the day before arrival. In case of cancellation when there are 41 days or more remaining, IHRAB keeps the fee for the cancellation pro- tection 400 SEK and an administration fee of 500 SEK per cottage/apartment. In case of cancellation when it is 40 days or closer to arrival it also requires a medical certificate for someone in the party, in order for cancellation to be refunded. IHRAB then keeps the fee for the cancellation protection 400 SEK and an administration cost of 500 SEK, the rest is refunded. IHRAB retains the fee for cancellation protection and an administration fee of 200SEK/person. In case of cancellation/change of pre-ordered food, activities, ski school and ski rental the fee is 100 SEK/booked item. Cancellation of extra items can be made up to 4 days before start day. Cancellation of extra items with 3 days before start day, full price will be charged. If cancellation protection for accommodation has not been purchased following applies: If cancellation protection is not purchased, IHRAB keeps 100% of the payment. (It is not refundable). The guest is then referred to any own travel insurance.

Cancellation. Cancellation must be executed in writing. For bookings regarding up to 99 guests the following rules apply: In the event of cancellation which is later than four weeks (4) before the first day of the event, the customer shall reimburse Nalen with 75 % of the entire value of the order. Cancellation. Daily or weekly rental: In case of cancellation up to 72 hours/3 days before the agreed start of rental, a booking fee of 10% of the agreed boat rental is charged. Cancellation. Seller at its option and in addition to its other remedies may without liability cancel this order or refuse shipment, if (a) Buyer is in default in any payments or other performance due Seller under this or any other agreement (b) Buyer becomes insolvent or a petition in bankruptcy is filed with respect to Buyer (or similar event) or (c) causes beyond Seller's control make it impossible to assure its timely performance. Buyer may cancel the remaining unfilled portion of its order only upon written consent of Seller and payment of the full price for that portion of the order that Seller has substantially completed at time of cancellation plus reasonable cancellation charges which shall include the full profit plus all costs incurred in connection with the canceled portion of the order such as overhead and administrative costs, commitments made by Seller as a consequence of Buyer's order and the cost of all work-in-progress. Cancellation charges shall not exceed the purchase price of the canceled portion of the order.

The SM Customer may, free of charge, cancel a booking of Stand Space or Space within ten (10) days from the earlier of (i) date of dispatch of the first order confirmation, and (ii) invoice date of the first invoice.
