Common use of Credit Clause in Contracts

Credit. Agreement – a framework agreement concluded between you and Ferratum regulating a revolving credit facility for an indefinite period and shall include the Specific terms of the Credit Agreement applicable to you, these Standard Terms, including any list of fees attached herewith, SECCI and any unpaid Invoice, and any amendment there to which is made in accordance with these Standard Terms.
