If you have neglected to search for remedies during your visit in Sälen and through this neglection haven’t given Fjälläventyr the possibility to fix eventual shortcomings, you have loss you right to claim and gain remedies. If you get a compensation during your trip but you aren’t happy with it and wants further remedies, you shall report this in writing to Fjälläventyr as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days after the event/activity.
