Notices and Communications. 10.1. All relevant notices and other communications can be sent to you electronically through the Account, by e-mail, telephone or via SMS, mobile applications or other means of communication agreed to for this purpose. Where the law requires this, communication shall be sent to you in a durable medium or if the law so demands, by post. The notices delivered in the aforementioned manner are considered received on the same date on which they are sent to you with the exception of any communications sent by post which shall be considered received five (5) calendar days after they are sent. 10.2. During the term of this Credit Agreement the Parties shall communicate between themselves in Swedish or English and Swedish.
