RENT REDUCTION. Rent shall be paid for floor 3 from 15.02.1999 inclusive. During the period 01.10.1998 - 30.09.2000, the rent shall be reduced for floor 1-2 by SEK 321,000.00/year. The rent reduction shall not be paid if the lessee uses floor 1-2 for his own activity, i.e. the areas are not sub-leased.
