Common use of Taxes Clause in Contracts

Taxes. Fees do not include sales, use, withholding, value-added or other taxes or duties. Customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes, public fees, duties, deductions or withholdings for which Qlik is required to pay or account, exclusive of any tax on Qlik’s income. Customer shall directly pay any such taxes or duties assessed against it, unless Customer provides Qlik in a timely manner with a valid certificate of exemption or other evidence that items are not taxable.
