Teckning / Subscription. 4.1 Teckning sker genom att Optionshavare enligt fastställt formulär skriftligen tecknar aktier, varvid ska anges det antal aktier som tecknas. Teckning är bindande och kan inte återkallas. Subscription is made by the Warrant holder Subscribing for the shares, in writing, in accordance with an established form, indicating the number of shares that are subscribed for. Subscription is binding and may not be revoked.
