Terms of delivery. Digital delivery. When purchasing day entrances, your tickets will be sent as pdf or as a mobile ticket, within a few minutes to the selected e-mail address or to your mobile. It is important that you check that the email address and phone number is filled in correctly. The time is limited how long the tickets are allowed to stay in the shopping cart, if the time exceeds 30 minutes you need to remake the purchase. If you do not receive the tickets in connection with the purchase, please contact xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx as soon as possible. The QR code on the ticket can be read from the printed document or directly from the phone. The season ticket is sent as an email certificate with a QR code and will be exchanged for a personal plastic card at one of our entrance checkouts. The season pass will be valid once you have registered your personal data and photo. If any information is missing, these are supplemented in our entrance funds. The gift cards are sent digitally with QR code to your mail and mobile phone loaded with the selected amount. Lost or forgotten gift cards will not be reimbursed.
Terms of delivery. The Rental Object shall be collected by the Lessee from the Lessor's branch and returned to the Lessor's branch, unless otherwise agreed. By special agreement, the Lessor may undertake to be responsible for transporting the Rental Object to and from the workplace designated by the Lessee. If the Lessor has undertaken to be responsible for transporting the Rental Object to and from the workplace designated by the Lessee, the Lessee is responsible for unloading and loading the Rental Object at the designated workplace, unless otherwise agreed. On return of the Rental Object, the Rental Object shall be well cleaned and in the same condition as at the start of the hire period, taking into account normal wear and tear. If this is not the case, the Lessor may, at the Lessee's expense, carry out the necessary cleaning and/or repairs and fill the diesel tank and other liquids.
