Warrants and registration. The number of warrants amounts to no more than 5,029,435. The warrants shall be represented by warrant certificates issued to the holder or order representing multiples of one (1) warrant. Warrant certificates are issued by the Company and the Company will effect exchanges and conversions of warrant certificates upon request by warrant holders.
