This Amendment Number 2 to the Memo- randum of Understanding Between the Go- vernment of the United States of America and The Government of the Kingdom of Sweden Relating to the Principles Governing Mutual Cooperation in the Defense Procurement Area of 11 June and 16 July 1987 is made between the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden and the Government of the United States of America, hereinafter referred to as the “Go- vernments”.
