The aims of this descriptive research included: (1) to study the information cognition about the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) on Engineering Services of Thai engineers and (2) to study the readiness of Thai engineers for dealing with such MRA. Samples, using the proposive sampling, included 17 professional engineers who attended in the seminar of the Consulting Engineers Association of Thailand, namely, “The opportunity of consulting engineers for going to the ASEAN Economic Community”. A questionnaire was conducted, through a research instrument, based on the theories of attitude and human behavior. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic.
