Credit Allocation and Drawdown Fee. 2.2.1. If demanded so by the Bank, the Customer hereby accepts to pay a credit allocation fee to the Bank over all of the credit limits that may constitute a credit risk, including, but not limited to, commercial credit cards and all types of non-cash credit facilities used in foreign trade such as letters of credit and bank acceptances and avals. In case of allocation of credit limits for a period of longer than one year, credit allocation fee will be charged and collected on annual basis. Upon mutual agreement of the Bank and the Customer, credit allocation fee may be collected in parts during the period of allocation. In case of increase of credit limit upon demand of the Customer, the Bank may charge a new credit allocation fee over the additional limit.
