Obligation to Notify the Address. The Customer is obliged to notify the Bank of his address (physical and electronic) suitable for notification to the Bank in order for the notifications by the Bank to reach them. If the Customer does not make such a notification and does not immediately inform the Bank of its valid address suitable for notification upon the request of the Bank, the Bank may terminate this Agreement and make all debts of the Customer due and payable. Persons who require notification to their Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) addresses as required by law are obliged to obtain an electronic address immediately and notify this address to the Bank; otherwise, they accept in advance to bear the consequences that may arise in this regard.
