Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the conversion of foreign currency participation funds of Non-Residents opened through transfer from abroad or against a document certifying that they are received in foreign currency from abroad into Turkish lira-denominated participation accounts within the Deposit and Participation System (YUVAM) of Non-Residents, pursuant to the provisions of the Communiqué and the Instruction and the support to be provided to participation fund holders in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the TRY Participation Account with Gold Conversion Support, which will be opened by the Bank in relation to the support that will be provided to the participation fund holders if the participation fund accounts of real and legal persons resident in Turkey are converted into Turkish lira participation accounts in accordance with the provisions of the Communique.
Purpose. The purpose of this agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the TL Participation Account with Conversion Support in the form of the participation account that will be opened before the Bank in relation to the support that will be provided to the participation fund holders if the participation funds in foreign currency of a real and legal person domestic based Customer are converted into Turkish Lira participation accounts in accordance with the provisions of the Communique.
Purpose. The Parties have signed this Supplementary Agreement for the purpose of amending sub-article 2.2.7. under the heading "Provisions Regarding Participation Accounts" of the BSA as follows.
