GENERAL TERMS. Відносини Сторін, що є предметом Рамкового Договору та цієї Додаткової Угоди, але не врегульовані їхніми положеннями, регулюються відповідно до законодавства України, зокрема – відповідно до Закону України «Про ринок природного газу», вимог Кодексу газорозподільних мереж, Кодексу газотранспортної системи, Правил постачання природного газу, тощо. 2.1. The relations between the Parties that are subject of the Framework Agreement and this Additional Agreement but are not regulated in their provisions shall be governed according to Ukrainian law, in particular according to the Law of Ukraine “On Natural Gas Market”, requirements of the Gas Distribution Networks Code, Gas Transportation System Code, Natural Gas Supply Rules, etc.

2.2. Ця Додаткова Угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та зберігає чинність до закінчення Періоду Постачання або до дострокового припинення Рамкового Договору.
GENERAL TERMS. The Parties confirm that this Agreement constitutes the “natural gas supply agreement” (as provided by the Natural Gas Supply Rules) and contain all of the terms and conditions which are deemed to be essential and mandatory for this type of the agreements.
GENERAL TERMS. 2.1. This Additional Agreement shall become effective once it is signed by the Parties and shall remain in effect until the expiration of the Delivery Period or earlier termination of the Agreement.
2.2. Ця Додаткова Угода є невід’ємною частиною Рамкового Договору. Якщо виникають будь-які суперечності між положеннями цієї Додаткової Угоди та Рамкового Договору, то застосовуватимуться положення цієї Додаткової Угоди. ЮРИДИЧНІ АДРЕСИ ТА БАНКІВСЬКІ РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН
2.2. This Additional Agreement forms an integral part of the Framework Agreement. Should there be any discrepancies over or between provisions of this Additional Agreement and the Framework Agreement, provisions of this Additional Agreement shall prevail. GENERAL TERMS. Ця Окрема Угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та зберігає чинність до закінчення Періоду Поставки або до дострокового припинення Договору.
GENERAL TERMS. 2.1. Insurance Policy of foreigners travelling around Ukraine in case of COVID-19 infection (hereinafter - the Insurance Policy), shall consist 7 of two integral parts, namely: - the text of the Insurance Policy; - the list of Insured Parties.
2.2. The Insurance Policy has been developed on the basis of the Rules of voluntary insurance of medical expenses No. 21 of July 30, 2013 as amended on October 4, 2019, registered by Natskomfinposluh of Ukraine under Order No. 2218 dated November 7, 2019.
