Fiscal terms and other charges. 1. The Right Holders, their Contractors and Subcontractors, and their respective employees shall be subject to applicable Lebanese law which imposes taxes, duties, levies, charges, fees or contributions, except to the extent exempt therefrom according to applicable Lebanese law. 2. The Right Holders shall be subject to and comply with the requirements of the Lebanese Income Tax Law with respect to the computation of tax, filing of returns, assessment of tax and the keeping of records for review by authorized persons. 3. The Right Holders shall file a tax declaration at the time required by the Lebanese Income Tax Law and shall contemporaneously with such filing, forward a copy of such declaration to the Petroleum Administration. 4. The Right Holders shall comply with the applicable procedures and formalities duly imposed by applicable Lebanese law when claiming exemptions from customs duties on import or export.
