Account blocking a. The Bank shall have right to partially or wholly block account balance in the following cases: − At written request of the competent authorities under legal provisions. − The Bank identifies mistakes and errors when wrongly crediting to the Customer's account or at refund request of payment services provider due to mistakes and errors in comparison with payment orders of remitters. Blocked current account balance shall not exceed the amount subject to mistakes and errors.
b. In case the account is blocked without request of the Accountholder, the Bank shall send the Accountholder notifications of account blocking.
c. Account use during blocking period shall comply with blocking content. Blocked amount shall be maintained, controlled in accordance with blocking content and entitled to interest under regulations of the Bank posted on the official website of the Bank and/or the official website of Timo Plus Channel and/or Timo Plus Application, at transaction locations of Timo Plus Channel or other means of the Bank. In case the account is partially blocked, the amount that is not blocked shall be normally used.
d. Account blocking shall be terminated in the following cases: − Blocking period expires. − The competent authorities make written requests for termination of account blocking. − All joint current accountholders give written notifications that disputes related to joint current accounts among joint current account holders have been settled. − The Bank completely corrected mistakes and errors related to money transfer.
