Change of the Terms and Conditions' contents. 1. BVBank reserves the right to change the content of this Terms and Conditions by giving a written notice to the Customer. The Customer commits to accept fully the changes when being considered to receive notice from BVBank.
2. The Customer shall be deemed to have received notice if:
2.1. The notice was published on BVBank's website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx; or
2.2. The notice has been sent to the e-mail address that the Customer registered with BVBank; or
2.3. To be published, announced at the transaction points of BVBank, or
2.4. These notices have been sent to the Customer's addresses registered with BVBank as soon as there is the confirmation of post office that BVBank has completed sending procedures; or
2.5. To be sent to the Customer’s phone number registered to use the service.
