Definitions and Rules of Construction. “Expeditors” means Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates including Expeditors Vietnam Company Limited (Enterprise Registration Number: 0312545104). “Customer” means any Person for whom, for whose benefit, or at whose request, Expeditors directly or indirectly renders services, including all of the Person’s agents, contractors, and/or other representatives, including shippers, importers, exporters, notify parties, carriers, secured parties, warehousemen, buyers and/or sellers, shipper’s agents, insurers and underwriters, break-bulk agents, consignees, holders and assignees of Transport Documents, Storage Documents or other commercial documents, and other similar parties. The Person directly requesting services from Expeditors accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of and shall give copies of these Terms and Conditions to all such Persons.
