Electronic signature verification. 5.1 The parties agree that the Customer's electronic signature is a signature that is identified and authenticated through BVBank's eBanking system or other system designated by BVBank.
5.2 Customer's electronic signature is authenticated by one or some of the following factors: username, password, OTP, security question, the Customer's phone number, e-mail, PIN card, PIN code, biometric or any other factors that the Customer has registered with or is provided by BVBank and/or identified and authenticated when the Customer make use of eBanking. Any of the above elements of the Customer, after being validated by BVBank's system, will also be considered as the electronic signature of the Customer.
