Entire Agreement. This Merchant TC constitutes the sole and entire Merchant TC between the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, Merchant TCs, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
