Governing Law; Consent to Jurisdiction and Venue. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed according to the Laws of Vietnam. Customer consents that disputes involving Customer and Expeditors in relation to the services provided by Expeditors shall be resolved by arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat and place of arbitration shall be Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators. Each Party shall appoint one arbitrator, and the two arbitrators thus appointed shall choose the third arbitrator who will act as the presiding arbitrator of the tribunal. The language of arbitration shall be English.
