Price. All Sales of the Products by Agent on behalf of Merchant under this Merchant TC shall be at Merchant's listed prices as specified and published by Merchant on Merchant’s Channels, or Agent’s websites or applications where AFTEE is provided from time to time for this purpose, subject to any discounts or deductions as Merchant may allow.
