生效与修改. 18.1 本条件 2024 年 12 月 18 日起生效并实施。
18.2 川航有权依照中国民航局规定的程序，不经预先通知修改本条件中的任何条款。但此修改不适用于修改前已经开始的运输。
18.3 川航的代理人、雇员或代表均无权变更、修改或放弃本条件中的任何条款。
18.4 川航不得将本条件限制旅客权力或者增加旅客义务的修改内容适用于修改前已购票的旅客，但是国家另有规定的除外。
