Currency. Fees are payable in U.S. dollars, or, where Your RB requires, in the equivalent figure in local currency as converted and charged by Your RB.
Currency. 25.1 WLSL may, without prior notice to the Client, make any currency conversions it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of complying with its obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement. Any such conversions shall be effected by it in such manner and at such rates as it may at its discretion determine having due regard to the prevailing rates for freely convertible currencies.
