Limitation on Liability and Indemnity. 10.01 The Bank shall not be liable to the Customer or any other person for any act, delay or failure to act, on the part of the Bank or any other person, in respect of the Documents or the Goods or otherwise for the condition, quantity or value of the Goods unless due to the negligence or wilful default of the Bank, its officers or employees.
