Security Device a. Security Device is an electronic device designated by the Bank (but not the Bank’s duty or obligation) for use by the Customer to generate one-time password. The Customer shall keep the password and Security Device secure and private at any time, and take measures to make sure it will not be used by any unauthorized persons. The Customer will notify the Bank immediately if any Security Device fails to function correctly, and the Bank will make all reasonable efforts to remedy, however but for this, the Bank shall not be responsible for any other liabilities. b. The Bank shall have no liability for breach of any implied term as to satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any Security Device. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damages incurred or suffered by the Customer arising from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, the use of the Security Device.
