Common use of Certification Differential Clause in Contracts

Certification Differential. Effective on the later of the date specified in A. above or the initial date of the first full pay period beginning after ratification of this Agreement, a nurse who meets the requirements of this section shall receive a $ 1.90 per hour certification differential.

Certification Differential. 31 Effective on the later of the date specified in A. above or the initial date of the first full 32 pay period beginning after ratification of this Agreement, a nurse who meets the requirements of 33 this section shall receive a $ 1.90 $2.10 per hour certification differential.
