The Job Enrichment and Apprenticeship Program was established to provide internal growth and advancement opportunities for existing University of Akron employees who wish to pursue a career in Physical Facilities and Dining Services. Positions within this Apprenticeship and Training program shall be bargaining unit positions. There shall be a variety of programs within the Apprenticeship and Training program. There will be a four

Hollister-Stier shall, in compliance with All Applicable Laws and Rexxxxxxxxx, xxxxy out the manufacturing program outlined in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement hereto including any modifications and additions thereto agreed upon by the Parties (" CTM Program") and in accordance with the Schedule as set forth in Exhibit 3 of this Agreement shall (i) confirm the Manufacturing Process, including the confirmation, qualification and validation activities as specified in Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 3 of this Agreement, (ii) confirm the Specifications for manufacturing the Intermediate and Product, (iii) manufacture Batches in accordance with the requirements set forth in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement, and (iv) confirm the analytical methodology used to test the Intermediate and Product for compliance with the Specifications in accordance with the acceptance criteria defined in analytical testing method transfer protocols developed in conjunction with the Client. Hollister-Stier agrees to work with Client to attempt to minimize thx xxxxxx xx Xxxelopment (Simulation) Batches required prior to the manufacturing of aseptic process validation and manufacturing of CTM Batches. The CTM Program shall identify all documentation (including regulatory documentation) and other deliverables to be provided by Hollister-Stier to Client pursuant to this Agreement and appended hexxxx xx Xxxxxxx 4 ("the Documentation") of this Agreement. Hollister-Stier shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts tx xxxxxxxx xxx CTM Program in a timely fashion in accordance with the Schedule agreed upon by the Parties and set forth in Exhibit 3 of this Agreement. Program Definition. The following is a description of the proposed implementation of the PAB Program for direct hire craft; it is the intention to implement this program starting the first regular pay period of April 2019. Program 1 is a performance incentive program targeted to all direct hire craft types to achieve schedule performance and retain craft. Program 2 is a performance incentive program targeted to direct hire core craft types to achieve schedule performance and retain craft. The incentive programs will be earned by the craft based on achievement of pre-established performance and attendance targets. Both programs will be effective through Substantial Completion of each Subproject.
Program Definition. Company intends to build the Ancillary Terrestrial Component of its network in 20 markets, beginning with approximately 700 Sites in Dallas, Salt Lake City and Washington DC. Based on the volume and desired build schedule, Company has elected to utilize Site Development Contractors to develop these Sites.
