School Vacations. The school will be closed 2 weeks in December for the holidays and 1week in April for spring break. One day in August is also reserved for staff development day. Please refer to the school calendar for details. LATE PICK UP The school closes promptly at 6:00 pm. Late pick up charges will be due the following day; $1.00 per minute.
School Vacations. The winter and spring breaks for students will be regular work days for all twelve (12) month full-time ESP. For less than twelve (12) month full-time ESP, this will be non- work, non-paid time.
School Vacations. 1. In the school year 2016-2017, the Christmas recess will begin at the close of school on Thursday, December 22, 2016 and classes will resume on Monday, January 3, 2017. For subsequent years the school calendar will be made available to professional employees on or about May 15th of the previous year.

During the school vacation periods, Summer Break, Christmas Break, March Break and examination time, the Employer will make every effort to suspend the afternoon shift and assign the employees, who are scheduled to work, to the day shift. In extenuating circumstances where an employee expresses the need to stay on the afternoon shift, the Employer will attempt to accommodate the employee.
School Vacations. Registration forms for the school vacations are available on the Maison Relais’ display and on our website as soon as the school year starts. They must be returned to the principals’ office by the date indicated or they will be refused. If you do not receive a negative notice regarding your child's registration by the Monday before the week of the holiday, your child is registered. - The forms are not distributed by the educators. Parents will have to get them themselves and make sure they are handed in on time. It is very important to adapt clothing to the weather conditions. Please provide your children with a backpack and a water bottle on a daily basis. - For all excursions, an exit authorization form will be provided. It must be completed and returned no later than the day of the excursion in order for the child to participate. - Breakfast is served from 8 am to 9.30 am. Children who arrive later will not be able to enjoy it.
