Section 11.2.3. 7 Employees enrolled as apprentices shall receive their regular rate of pay as specified on 8 Schedule A. Upon successful completion of apprenticeship standards and recognition by the 9 WPSCEJATC of journey status, the journey person shall receive an additional pay as indicated 10 in the attached salary schedule to the collective bargaining agreement.

Section 11.2.3. 26 Employees who are required to drive a vehicle as part of their job shall be terminated when 27 their record jeopardizes safety as determined by the Accident Review Board. 31 A R T I C L E X I I 32 33 INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT 34 35 Section 12.1. 36 The Employer shall provide monthly contributions toward premiums of approved District group 37 insurance programs, in the amounts set forth below, for all employees who are employed in a regular 38 position (not including temporary or substitute employment) for three and one-half (3 ½) hours per day 39 or more and their eligible dependents and state registered domestic partners in accordance with 40 Washington State Law. Employees entitled to a District contribution shall participate in the vision, 41 LTD, life and dental program, and this shall be subtracted first from the amount provided. An 42 employee with a spouse in the bargaining unit may combine their employer’s monthly contribution(s) 43 for the purchase of health insurance as provided for herein this Article.
