Section 20.1.1. 12 Only state-certified employees, classified as bus drivers, meeting all state requirements for a school 13 bus driver shall be used to drive district school busses (school busses defined as any vehicle used to 14 transport school children having a capacity of ten (10) or more passengers) unless an emergency 15 should arise requiring the use of other qualified drivers or substitutes as determined by the district.
Section 20.1.1. 15 All hours of work will be paid at the appropriate hourly rate of pay.
